Informations on lodging and travel expenses:
- Lodging expenses (hotel and food) are waived for CNRS employees, thanks to the support of the Formation Permanente of CNRS.
- In addition and thanks to the financial support of PNPS, PNCG, PCMI, CNES, IPAG, LABEX OSUG@2020, and Université J. Fourier, lodging expenses (500 euros) can also be waived for some other researchers and PhD students. If you would like to apply for such a financial support, please mention it in the registration form and send a request to ees2015@sciencesconf.org. Please apply before the June 30.
- Note that we do not offer travel support. CNRS employees must contact their "Délégation Régionale" for travel expenses, and other participants should ask support to their host institution. PhD students should ask for support to their Ecole Doctorale.
